Loty s Shop and its suppliers and is protected by the Copyright and Related Rights Act and intellectual and industrial property laws. Use without S.C. The use on lotys-shop.com of any registered trademark name does not constitute advertising for that company. Lotys-shop.com assumes no responsibility and cannot be blamed for damages arising from the use of the site’s content.

Order processing and shipment

We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in US & China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing. It will usually take 9-60 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location. After the payment, please leave a message with the exact color. Before payment please check that  your address, name, zip code, phone number are correct.

After your order has been processed, you will receive an email with the details of the shipment and tracking code.

The duration depends on the shipping method and the destination country. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method used. It may take between 9-60 days. If the package cannot be delivered on time due to war, flood, typhoon, storm, earthquake, severe weather conditions, or any other situation which cannot be foreseen or avoided, then delivery will be postponed. SC. Lotys Shop is not responsible for any shipping company delays (we can extend your purchase).

Return policy

If the item you received does is not according to the description on our website or it is defective , you can return or exchange it within 7 days after you received it. If you have been supplied with a product other than the one ordered or the product is defective, please contact us within 24h by email at contact@lotys.shop.com to remedy this inconvenience. (add a image/picture products damage). Buyer should be responsible for shipping cost on returned items. We will swap for a good one upon stock availability, or make a refund. The purchased products can be returned within 7 calendar days of their reception. The costs of returning the products are borne by the customer.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Return is accepted only when the products are not worn, are in perfect condition and have all the labels with which they were delivered. The customer has the obligation to keep the packaging in its original state (applicable to footwear). If it is worn or damaged, we reserve the right not to repay the money or change it with another product.

Products that have defects such as bumps, scratches, dirty or broken labels, wear marks by wearing, make-up marks, deodorants, stains, cracks, tears, or are used under conditions other than those specified in the warranty certificate and in the maintenance, cannot be returned.

If the integrity of the packaging or products is affected (except for the package seal), Lotys Shop reserves the right not to replace or refund the return value of the returned product.

Refund requested before the package is shipped, that allowed us to cancel the shipments, will be made within 30 calendar days from the request

Refund requested after the package was shipped does not allow us to modify the destination/return to sender. This implies that the costumer has to accept the package and follow the return procedures.

The value of the products is paid within 30 calendar days from the moment we receive the products and confirm acceptance of the return. The money will be returned by bank transfer to the specified account. The bank transfer will take approximately 24 hours after the payment is processed.
